My initial contact with the magnanimous folks at HP Dentistry was due to a self-induceced emergency. On a Saturday no less. My fear of dentists caused me to procrastinate a necessary procedure to the point that my tooth abscessed and became violently painful and swollen. In desperation I found, or rather sent from Heaven, Dr. Pham and her angelic crew. They handled meme with kid gloves and eased my anxiety making the whole process of my rescue an exercise in comfort. They made me a part of the plan to fix me instead of making ALL the decisions themselves and by keeping me in the loop I felt as if I had just a semblance of control. On the day of the procedure I was welcomed as if I we're a member of the family and offered every sort of comfort and distraction. The procedure was handled professionally, delicately and with great care and attention to my comfort. I was done before I knew it and was actually escorted out by the squad. It wasn't "Okay, you're done... Get out". They were there for me from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Pham and Angie and all the rest to friends and family. Especially to anyone suffering from dentaphobia, as I did. I actually look forward to dentist visits now.

I've been to my fair share of dentists an I'm so happy I found HP. Angie cleaned my teeth better then they've been cleaned in years to where other people have complimented me on my white teeth. The Doctor spent time discussing options on my future dental care and helped answer many questions my previous dentist discarded. I've told everyone I know about this office and the great care I received.

Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist. Everyone in the past has always managed to hit my sensitive spots on my gums at other dental offices. NOT THE CASE HERE! I had Angie for a hygienist and she was exceptional. For the first time, I had no pain during my check up. She was funny and informative. Very understanding with me too as I suffer from sinus problems. The dental room has a t.v. for you to watch or listen as a distraction. I need a crown and the price is much lower than what I thought it would be. I have to now say...I don't hate going to the dentist anymore! My husband is even going to switch his dentist to HP in the future.

It's hard to believe that I actually enjoy going to a dentist office :)! Angie, the dental assistant is awesome! She is friendly, funny, upbeat and down to earth. She even remembers conversations you've had with her from the previous visit. Dr. Pham is very nice and she actually cares about your health. She explains things and go over everything needed for your improved health. I feel if you've had bad experiences in the past from dentist, switch now and give Dr. Pham a try!!

I live about 25-30 away from greenvile, coming to HP is worth the drive for the caring they show concern for you.. they are great people at hp and i have found me a New Densite!! I wil be back for all my teeth needs at hp..

Dr. Pham is an amazing dentist. I like how she listens to my problems, examines my teeth, and explains it to me in a way that is easy to understand. I also like how some issues that may not be as certain, she gives a hypothesis that we can both look into. I really appreciate her honesty and professionalism as a dentist which seemed to be a rare trait compared to the previous dentists that I have been to. During the operations, Dr. Pham is very considerate and somehow seem to know when I felt a little uncomfortable where she would stop and ask if I am feeling comfortable; I always felt like my teeth is in good hands whenever I have an appointment and that there is nothing I would need to worry about..no surprises.. Besides that, the decoration is lively and music is very relaxing which really helps during the operation. I have to give many thanks to the staff as well, they are very friendly and I feel very special every time I go there. The price is very fair and I look forward to my next visit... although it may be awhile since my teeth in great condition all thanks to Dr. Pham!

Hygienist was kind and funny making the the experience enjoyable. She was also very good at her job removing stains on my teeth that had been there since I had braces as a teenager. When I came back for a filling the Doctor was gentle and did a great job. I have since gotten compliments on my improved smile. Thanks HP Family Denistry!
